  1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of purabazaar.com (“Platform”), a multi-vendor online marketplace operated by Solveteran (SMC-Pvt) Limited. (“we,” “us,” or “our”, “Pura Bazaar”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1.3. The Platform connects buyers (“Customers”) with third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to facilitate the sale of products and services.

  1. Eligibility

2.1. To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2.2. Vendors must provide accurate business information, including tax registration details (e.g., NTN or STRN, if applicable).
2.3. The Platform reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

  1. Account Registration

3.1. Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  1. Vendor Obligations

4.1. Vendors are responsible for listing accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability.
4.2. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, taxation, and data privacy laws.
4.3. Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and resolving customer disputes.
4.4. The Platform may charge a commission or fee for each transaction, as outlined in the Vendor Agreement.

  1. Customer Obligations

5.1. Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders.
5.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, including pricing, before making a purchase.
5.3. Any misuse of the Platform, including fraudulent activities, will result in account suspension or legal action.

  1. Transactions and Payments

6.1. All transactions on the Platform are processed through secure payment gateways.
6.2. The Platform supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (COD).
6.3. Vendors will receive payments after deducting the Platform’s commission and any applicable taxes.
6.4. The Platform is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors or banks.

  1. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Return and refund policies are determined by individual Vendors and must comply with Pakistani consumer protection laws.
7.2. Customers must contact the purabazaar.com for return or refund requests.
7.3. The Platform may mediate disputes but is not liable for Vendor actions or decisions.

  1. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of Solveteran (SMC-Pvt) Limited or its licensors.
8.2. Vendors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use their product images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
8.3. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Vendors.
9.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
9.3. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

  1. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through mutual negotiation.
10.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.
10.3. The courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

  1. Termination

11.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
11.2. Vendors may terminate their agreement with the Platform by providing 30 days’ written notice.
11.3. Upon termination, all outstanding payments and obligations must be settled.

  1. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
12.2. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

13.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
